Vermentino vine was brought by Spanish to Gallura in 1800, where it has found here the perfect habitat. A range of factors, the vineyards surrounded by Mediterranean maquis and cork farests, the salt-rich air blown by minds, the granite soil, and the expertise of Aini winemakers combine to produce a white wine of quite exceptional quality called Incontru.
It's obtained from selected Vermentino grapes grown in vineyards on hills of Berchidda.
Incontru is a big, glavourful wine with a fresh taste; it should be served at a temperature of 8°/10° degrees.
